If you have a complaint or dispute we are here to help. We suggest following these simple steps:

  1. Contact us and tell us about your complaint. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
  2. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 24 hours, please contact our Disputes Resolution Manager on telephone number 1300 888 111 or put your complaint in writing and send it to The Disputes Resolution Manager, 40 Argyle Street, Traralgon Victoria 3844. We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
  3. Alan Wilson Insurance Brokers is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority Limited (AFCA). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by us, you have the right to refer the matter to the AFCA.
